Once you have received the e-residency card and learned how to use it you are ready to establish your company. There are some important things to consider.
The only compulsory service you need is a contact person service - a licensed company in Estonia has to serve as a contact point for your company in Estonia for the local authorities. E-residency marketplace lists many trusted service providers. Many of them also help with the company registration process itself although that can easily be done yourself.
Accounting. We definitely recommend using an accountant for an annual report but in the beginning, there is usually no need for monthly accounting (unless you need VAT declarations done). Some accounting consultation is wise to seek. If your business is simple and just starting, just keep a record of all sales/purchase documents.
Banking. Some companies will pursue a bank account with an Estonian bank but an easier option is to use fintech solutions such as Wise, Revolut or similar. There are many.
