Depositary of documents is needed after liquidation and before company deletion

You might have done all the steps for your Estonian company liquidation and right at the final step of company deletion you realise that a person called depositary of documents is needed.
The idea is that there needs to be a person responsible for keeping the documents, an archive. The person needs to be trustworthy and the documents must be kept in Estonia.
While as a foreign owner and manager of an Estonian company you can act as a liquidator and carry out all the tasks, you might not be suitable for a depositary or you might not want to take on that role.
