2023 Annual report due soon!

For Estonian companies that have their business year start on 01.01 the deadline for the annual report is 30.06 - the accountants will get increasingly busy as the deadline approaches so do not leave it for the last minute!

We do have accountants available should you need one and the report should be done even without any economic activity.

Important to note - if your company was established after 01.07.2023 then the first annual report can be delayed until 30.06.2025. There is a legal exception that allows the first annual report period to be longer.
